Sailor Music Meister

So last week was the (U.S.) premier of a brand new Batman Villain. The Music Meister, who's hypnotic voice sways not only to do his bidding, but join in his devilish musical number. Being voiced by Niel Patrick Harris only sealed his fate as my 2nd favorite villain ever! (Joker will always be #1)

So, as I do with all the things I obsess over lately, I drew him as a Sailor Scout.

It had to be done.
